Insomnia is one of the biggest gaming events in UK period, whether you are there for the BYOC/C LAN, to see Exhibitors or partake in the other things going on, it can be a good time. They have some different food vendors around, plenty of beer and alcohol and for the less technically inclined, they have a retro and board gaming area. I attended on the Friday and have to say, I quite enjoyed it, while I missed the rush of YouTubers and other things on Saturday, it seems I may have lucked out.

There was just so much going on, I didn’t have time to cover it all as I was also there doing press for Plexus Hub but I did manage to get some pics for you all to enjoy! Have a look below at all of the photos and hopefully I will be able to make I56 in Birmingham and get better coverage for you all!

Stages

There were a few stages where some great events took place. From Q&A’s to YouTubes competing against each other for all to watch, the stages were definitely one of the main attractions for the event.

All in all, I quite enjoyed my day there and wished I could have stayed the weekend to enjoy things such as Pub Quiz and really seeing everything come together on Saturday! The next I series event is going to take place in December in Birmingham as they need a bigger arena to host it all!
