Lexar EQ790 SSD with heatsink delivers blazing fast speeds
Lexar has released a new version of its Lexar EQ790 SSD, and this one comes with a built-in passive heatsink. This upgrade helps the drive stay cooler during heavy use while still delivering very fast performance.

The Lexar EQ790 SSD connects using PCIe 4.0 x4 and comes in three sizes: 1 TB, 2 TB, and 4 TB. All versions can read data at speeds up to 7 GB/s, which makes loading and file transfers super quick. Writing speeds depend on the size. The 1 TB and 2 TB models can reach up to 5 GB/s, while the 4 TB version can go a bit faster at 6 GB/s.
