Meanwhile, the standard ASUS ROG Xbox Ally keeps things more affordable at $599. It also features a 7-inch 1080p display but uses a smaller 60Wh battery, 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 512 GB of upgradeable storage. It runs on the Ryzen Z2A processor based on Zen 2 cores, with 4 cores, 8 threads, and RDNA 2 graphics. While it lacks the high-end AI capabilities of the Ally X, it’s still a strong device for gamers looking for portable gaming at a lower cost.
