Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 brings exciting new features this November

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is officially set to launch on November 14, 2025, bringing back fan-favourite action with fresh features that aim to take the series to the next level. The game will be available on Xbox, PlayStation, PC via Steam, Battle.net, and Xbox on PC, with full support for Game Pass on day one.

The story continues in the year 2035, following the return of the notorious Raul Menendez. Players will step into the shoes of David “Section” Mason, who leads a JSOC team on a high-stakes mission in the city of Avalon. The new campaign explores both global threats and personal struggles, mixing cutting-edge tech warfare with emotional storytelling.

One of the biggest highlights is the all-new Co-op Campaign. For the first time, players can team up with up to four friends, with every mission, objective, and elimination contributing to a shared global progression system. This system connects across all game modes, including Campaign, Multiplayer, and Zombies, allowing players to unlock rewards and progress their Battle Pass no matter how they play.

The Black Ops 7 Co-op Campaign also introduces “Endgame,” a large-scale 32-player experience where squads face the toughest challenges in Avalon. This feature combines storytelling with deep replayability, offering custom loadouts, operator choices, and intense high-stakes missions.

Multiplayer will launch with 16 new 6v6 maps and two 20v20 maps, including both brand-new locations like Japan, Alaska, and Avalon, as well as reimagined classics from Black Ops 2. A new large-scale mode called “Skirmish” will also debut, giving players the ability to wingsuit around massive battle zones.

Movement in Black Ops 7 has been refined with the updated Omnimovement system, including wall jumps and combat rolls, designed to add more tactical variety. Overclock upgrades also bring new depth to equipment and scorestreaks, letting players unlock unique variations that fit their playstyle.

Fans of Zombies mode can also look forward to the biggest Round-Based Zombies map yet, along with the return of Survival Maps and Dead Ops Arcade 4. The story takes players deeper into the Dark Aether, where returning heroes meet alternate versions of the original crew, promising a wild and unpredictable narrative.

With its mix of nostalgia, new mechanics, and a strong focus on co-op gameplay, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious entries in the series when it drops this November.
