Crimson Desert story trailer shines ahead of March 2026 launch
Crimson Desert is finally back in the spotlight with a brand-new story trailer and exciting details ahead of its release on 19th March, 2026. Developed by Pearl Abyss and published by PLAION, this open-world action adventure will launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox and PC.
Set in the breathtaking but dangerous continent of Pywel, the game follows Kliff, who must rebuild the Greymanes after their defeat at the hands of the Black Bears. Players will explore vast landscapes, take on tough battles, face huge monsters, and gather loot, all while experiencing a gripping story supported by next-generation visuals.
Crimson Desert Collector’s Edition
To celebrate the launch, several editions of Crimson Desert will be available. The highlight is the Collector’s Edition, priced at $279.99, which comes with a stunning 17-inch diorama of Kliff and Golden Star, a steelbook case, a woven map of Pywel, a Greymane brooch pin, photo cards, patches, and letters from the developers. It also includes special in-game content like the Ultimate Pack, Deluxe Pack, and exclusive pre-order items.
Crimson Desert Deluxe Edition
The Deluxe Edition, priced at $89.99, offers the full game, a steelbook, map, brooch pin, photo cards, patches, and the Deluxe Pack DLC. Fans can also choose the SteelBook Edition or Day-One Edition for $69.99, both including the base game and pre-order bonuses.
All pre-orders come with the Khaled Shield as a bonus. PlayStation 5 owners will also get the Grotevant Plate Set DLC as an extra exclusive.
