Razer launches stunning Blade 14: World’s thinnest 14-inch gaming laptop with AI power and RTX 50 graphics

Razer has announced the new Blade 14, a fully redesigned gaming laptop that’s the thinnest 14-inch model the brand has ever made. Built for gamers and creators who need strong performance in a compact design, the latest Blade 14 includes powerful AI features, next-gen graphics, and a high-end display.

Measuring just 15.7 mm at its slimmest point and weighing 1.63 kg, the laptop is easy to carry but still delivers serious power. A new thermal hood design keeps it cool, allowing for better airflow and top performance even during heavy tasks.

Inside, the Blade 14 runs on the new AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 processor. It offers 10 cores and 20 threads, with speeds up to 5.0 GHz and a strong focus on AI. The chip supports up to 50 TOPS of AI performance—over three times more than previous versions. This enables smoother use of AI features like Copilot+, Recall, Cocreate, and Live Captions.

For graphics, the laptop is equipped with up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU with a max TGP of 115W. Built on the latest Blackwell architecture, it delivers high frame rates, better visuals, and supports DLSS 4 upscaling for even smoother gameplay. It also unlocks access to NVIDIA NIM Microservices, which can be useful for developers and AI enthusiasts.

The laptop includes a sharp 3K OLED display with a resolution of 2880 × 1800. It supports a 120 Hz refresh rate, 0.2 ms response time, and NVIDIA G-SYNC for smooth and tear-free gaming. For creators, the screen covers 100% of the DCI-P3 colour range, has a 1M:1 contrast ratio, and comes Calman Verified for colour accuracy.

The body is made from T6-grade aluminium with a sand-blasted, matte anodised finish. As part of Razer’s move towards sustainability, the packaging is plastic-free.

The laptop also includes a six-speaker setup with THX Spatial Audio for richer sound, a large glass touchpad for smooth input, and a per-key Chroma RGB backlit keyboard, allowing full customisation.

With its new design, advanced internals, and focus on both AI and gaming, the Blade 14 shows that Razer is aiming to stay ahead in the portable gaming market.
