Sharkoon launches its first CPU air coolers: A40, A50, and A60

Sharkoon, a company known for computer parts, has launched its first-ever CPU air coolers. This new series is called the A series and includes three models: A40, A50, and A60. These coolers help keep your computer’s processor cool, especially when doing heavy tasks like gaming or video editing.

The A40 and A50 have a single tower design, while the A60 has a bigger, dual tower design. All three coolers come in three different looks: simple matte black, black with RGB lights, and white with RGB lights. The RGB versions also have a cool “infinity mirror effect” on top, which gives a shiny lighting design.

Each cooler has heat pipes that touch the CPU directly. These heat pipes help move the heat away quickly. The A40 has 4 pipes, the A50 has 5 pipes, and the A60 has 6 pipes. These pipes are 6 mm thick. The A40 and A50 are the same size (120×72×153 mm), while the A60 is a bit larger (120×125×156 mm) because it has two towers and two fans.

In terms of cooling power:

  • The A40 can handle up to 220 watts of heat.
  • The A50 goes up to 230 watts.
  • The A60 handles the most, with 260 watts.

All three models use the same 120 mm fan with fluid dynamic bearings. These fans run between 500 to 1,800 RPM (rotations per minute). They can push a lot of air (up to 121.55 m³/h) and produce up to 30 dB(A) of noise, which is not very loud. The RGB versions of the fans include 12 Addressable RGB LEDs. However, in the dual-fan A60 RGB versions, only one of the fans has RGB lighting.

These Sharkoon coolers can be used with many different CPUs. They support Intel sockets like LGA1851, LGA1700, LGA1200, and others, including older Xeon chips. They also work with AMD CPUs like Ryzen 3, Ryzen 5, Ryzen 7, Ryzen 9, Athlon, and Phenom on sockets AM5, AM4, AM3, and more.

Sharkoon has not yet shared the prices or exact release date, but this launch marks a big step for the brand in cooling products.
