Silicon Power launches powerful DDR5 CUDIMM in XPOWER Cyclone series with speeds up to 9200 MT/s
Silicon Power has introduced its first DDR5 CUDIMM under the XPOWER Cyclone series, offering top-tier performance for gamers and PC builders. The new launch includes two models – the XPOWER Cyclone DDR5 RGB CUDIMM and XPOWER Cyclone DDR5 RGB UDIMM – both designed for fast, stable, and efficient performance.
Fast and reliable memory
The CUDIMM version offers ultra-fast speeds from 8200 MT/s to 9200 MT/s. It comes with a built-in Clock Driver (CKD) for better signal quality and timing, helping systems run smoothly during heavy tasks like gaming and streaming. It supports the latest Intel Core Ultra desktop CPUs (Series 2) and Z890 motherboards, making it ready for next-gen PC builds.

One-click overclocking and smart power use
With Intel XMP 3.0, users can boost memory speed with just one click. The modules also include On-Die ECC for better data safety and a Power Management IC (PMIC) to manage energy use, keeping the system cool and stable even under load.
XPOWER Cyclone – Sleek design with better cooling
The XPOWER Cyclone DDR5 RAM features a sharp, clean design with a 2 mm aluminium heat spreader that cuts down heat by over 10°C (50°F). The stylish RGB light bar can be customised to match your setup and synced with other lighting systems.

With its first CUDIMM, Silicon Power shows its strong push into high-end memory, giving gamers and PC users a powerful choice for next-level speed and reliability.
