Thermaltake UK Introduces : TT PowerCare — 48-Hour PSU Replacement Service
Thermaltake UK is pleased to announce the launch of TT PowerCare, a new premium after-sales service designed to deliver faster, simpler, and more reliable support for customers purchasing Thermaltake power supply units in the UK.
Effective 1 March, TT PowerCare will be introduced across Thermaltake’s PSU range, on top of the existing extended warranty. Under this new service, if a power supply unit is verified as faulty, Thermaltake UK will arrange a replacement within 48 working hours from the date of verification.
To further streamline the customer experience, end users will no longer be required to return the faulty PSU. This eliminates unnecessary downtime and logistical delays, ensuring customers can get their systems back up and running as quickly as possible.
