OneXPlayer X2 Mini Pro Officially Launches With Ryzen AI Max Plus 388 Starting at $2499

OneXPlayer has officially launched the X2 Mini Pro after its earlier Indiegogo campaign. The new gaming handheld is now available to buy directly from the company’s online store. To celebrate the launch, some models are being sold at lower prices, giving buyers a chance to save money for a limited time.

The OneXPlayer X2 Mini Pro is designed as a 3 in 1 gaming device. It works as a handheld console, a small laptop with the included magnetic keyboard, and a tablet. It is powered by AMD’s Ryzen AI Max Plus 388 processor with Radeon 8060S graphics, offering strong performance for modern PC games and demanding tasks.

The OneXPlayer X2 Mini Pro handheld features an 8.8 inch OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate for smooth gameplay and bright colors. Buyers can choose between up to 64GB of memory and up to 2TB of SSD storage, making it suitable for large game libraries and multitasking.

The base model comes with 48GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD. It is currently priced at $2,499 instead of $2,699. A second version with 64GB of RAM and 1TB of storage is available for $2,799 after a discount. The highest-end model includes 64GB of RAM and a 2TB SSD and is now priced at $2,999.

Every OneXPlayer X2 Mini Pro includes detachable controllers, a magnetic keyboard, a controller connector, and a protective carrying bag in the box. Buyers can also add an optional liquid cooling module for an extra $80 when placing an order.

The liquid cooling option allows the Ryzen AI Max Plus 388 processor to run at up to 120W. Without it, the processor is limited to an 80W power setting. Users who want the full cooling experience will also need the separate Frost Bay cooling accessory, which unlocks the higher power mode.

OneXPlayer is also offering bundle options that include the Frost Bay accessory. These bundles cost around $150 more than the standard versions, making them a better choice for users who want the highest possible performance.

Another interesting feature is the detachable 80Wh battery. Users can connect the battery through a cable instead of keeping it attached to the handheld. This makes the device lighter to hold while also allowing extra batteries to be carried for longer gaming sessions.
