Sony’s new PlayStation 27-inch monitor brings stunning visuals and easy DualSense charging

Sony has revealed its latest gaming monitor designed especially for PlayStation fans. The new 27-inch PlayStation gaming monitor brings high-quality visuals, smooth performance, and a built-in DualSense charging hook — making it a perfect fit for PS5 players who love desktop gaming.

Since the launch of the PlayStation 5, many players have enjoyed the freedom to play anywhere, whether it’s in the living room, a personal gaming corner, or even remotely with the PlayStation Portal. To make this experience even better, Sony has now introduced a desktop display that brings the same great PS5 visuals to your desk.

Developed by Sony Interactive Entertainment, the 27-inch PlayStation gaming monitor features a beautiful Quad High Definition (QHD) IPS display with up to 2560 x 1440 resolution. This means you get crisp, detailed images and can enjoy gaming from a comfortable viewing distance. It also supports High Dynamic Range (HDR) with Auto HDR Tone Mapping, automatically adjusting picture settings for bright and vivid visuals when used with the PS5 or PS5 Pro.

Gamers will love the smooth gameplay experience thanks to Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and up to 120 Hz refresh rate on PS5 and PS5 Pro consoles. PC and Mac users can go even higher, reaching up to 240 Hz for an ultra-smooth experience.

One of the standout features is the built-in DualSense Charging Hook. You can easily hang and charge your DualSense or DualSense Edge controller (sold separately) directly on the monitor, keeping your setup neat and ready for action.

The monitor comes with a full range of ports, including two HDMI 2.1 inputs and one DisplayPort 1.4 input, making it easy to connect to your PS5, PC, or Mac. It also includes two USB Type-A ports and one USB Type-C port that work perfectly with PlayStation Link adapters or other devices.
