Thermalright Royal Pretor 130 Ultra cooler packs strong airflow
Thermalright has announced its latest premium CPU air cooler. The new Royal Pretor 130 Ultra is built for high cooling performance. It comes in two colours—white and black—so users can match it with their PC setup.
The Royal Pretor 130 Ultra uses a classic dual fin-stack design. It features seven heat pipes made from 6 mm-thick nickel-plated copper. These pipes move heat from a solid C1100 copper baseplate into two aluminium fin stacks. Two fans cool the fins in a push-pull setup.

One fan is a 120 mm Thermalright TL-K12. It runs at up to 2,150 RPM, pushes up to 69 CFM of air, and produces noise up to 27 dBA. It also offers 2.87 mm H₂O static pressure.
The second fan is larger—a 130 mm TL-HD13-X28. It runs at speeds up to 1,750 RPM and pushes 81.88 CFM airflow. Noise from this fan reaches 28.3 dBA, while static pressure is 2.38 mm H₂O.

Both fans use fluid dynamic bearings, which help reduce noise and increase lifespan.
With both fans installed, the cooler measures 130 mm long, 135 mm wide, and 158 mm tall. Thermalright has not shared the weight details yet.
