Keychron K2 HE All-Wood Edition brings a powerful and beautiful upgrade
Keychron has launched a new version of its popular Keychron K2 HE keyboard, and it is called the K2 HE All-Wood Special Edition. This new model keeps everything people love about the Keychron K2 HE series but gives it a fresh and warm wooden look. The keyboard now comes with a full walnut-wood body, which feels smooth, looks premium, and makes the board stand out on any desk. The company also uses CNC-machined aluminium on the sides to make the whole build even stronger.
Inside, the keyboard still features the Gateron double-rail magnetic switches that many users enjoy. These switches offer adjustable actuation, quick response, and a 360-degree input system, giving you fast and accurate control while typing or gaming. Just like the original K2 HE, this Special Edition supports only these double-rail magnetic switches, so it is not made for other magnetic switch types.

The Keychron K2 HE All-Wood Edition keeps the familiar 75% layout and comes with all the modern connection options. You get 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth 5.1, and USB-C wired mode. When using wired or 2.4 GHz, the keyboard runs at a fast 1000 Hz polling rate, while Bluetooth runs at 125 Hz. It also has north-facing RGB lights, screw-in PCB stabilisers, NKRO support, and Keychron’s web tool for adjusting actuation, lighting, and custom key actions.
Keychron ships it fully ready to use. The box includes the PCB, wooden case, aluminium plate, and OSA double-shot PBT keycaps for both macOS and Windows users. You also get the preinstalled Gateron Double-Rail Magnetic Nebula switches right out of the box.
Keychron K2 HE keyboard pricing
The new Keychron K2 HE keyboard All-Wood Edition costs $199.99. This is $60 more than the earlier Special Edition and $70 more than the standard K2 HE. The higher price comes mainly from the wooden body and upgraded sides, which give the keyboard a more premium and natural feel.
