OneXPlayer 3 Brings Exciting New Features for Handheld Gaming Fans
The OneXPlayer 3 has officially been revealed as one of the first gaming handhelds powered by Intel’s new Arc G3 Extreme processor. Following Intel’s recent announcement of its Arc G3 series CPUs for next-generation handheld gaming devices, OneXPlayer has quickly introduced a new device that combines gaming and productivity in a single package.

The company describes the OneXPlayer 3 as a 3-in-1 device. It can be used as a gaming handheld, a tablet, or a mini laptop thanks to its detachable controllers and magnetic keyboard. This flexible design gives users more ways to work, browse, and play without carrying multiple devices.

According to information shared on Indiegogo, the OneXPlayer 3 comes with an 8.8-inch display featuring a 144Hz refresh rate. The screen also supports Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and HDR, helping deliver smoother gameplay and improved picture quality. The display uses a native landscape layout, which is better suited for gaming and media consumption.
Battery life is another area where the new handheld looks promising. The device includes a large 85Wh battery, which is bigger than many competing handheld gaming systems. While official battery life figures have not yet been shared, the larger battery could help users enjoy longer gaming sessions away from a power outlet.

For controls, the OneXPlayer 3 features Hall-effect joysticks that are designed to offer better durability and help reduce stick drift over time. The handheld also includes a built-in kickstand, allowing users to place it on a desk or table for more comfortable gaming or productivity tasks.
Images released on the campaign page show a controller connector that appears to include an integrated trackpad, which could make navigation easier when using Windows-based applications and games. Connectivity options shown so far include two USB Type-C ports, one USB Type-A port, and a 3.5mm audio jack located along the top edge of the device.
Although many key specifications have now been revealed, OneXPlayer has not yet announced official pricing. More details are expected as the handheld moves closer to launch. With its powerful Intel Arc G3 Extreme processor, versatile design, and large battery, the OneXPlayer 3 is shaping up to be an interesting option for gamers looking for a flexible portable gaming PC.
