Thermal Grizzly launches powerful new Minus Pad extreme 2 and High Compression pads

Thermal Grizzly has introduced two new cooling pads, Minus Pad extreme 2 and Minus Pad High Compression, both designed to deliver better heat transfer and flexibility for PC builders and hardware enthusiasts. These new pads are built to improve system cooling and provide an easy solution for different hardware setups.

The Minus Pad extreme 2 is the next version of the company’s popular thermal pad and brings a new material mix that balances high performance and cost efficiency. It keeps the same top-level thermal conductivity while offering a softer feel, which helps it fit perfectly between the heat source and heatsink. Its composition includes aluminium oxide, aluminium hydroxide, and aluminium powder, which together help fill even the smallest air gaps, leading to better heat transfer.

This Minus Pad extreme 2 new version also offers low thermal resistance and is ideal for high-performance computers, gaming systems, and cooling mods. It’s available in multiple sizes—120 × 20 mm and 100 × 100 mm—with thickness options ranging from 0.5 mm to 3 mm. It is also non-conductive and requires no curing, making it very easy to use.

Meanwhile, the Minus Pad High Compression (HC Pad) focuses on flexibility. It has very high compressibility, meaning it can adapt to uneven surfaces or different component heights. This makes it perfect for situations like installing GPU water blocks or replacing old thermal pads on graphics cards. The HC Pad can handle different pressure levels without losing its thermal performance—in fact, it performs even better when tightly compressed.

Available in a size of 120 × 100 mm, the High Compression pads come in various thickness options from 1 mm up to 5 mm. They are also non-conductive, safe for all components, and easy to handle.

Both new pads show that Thermal Grizzly continues to lead in cooling innovation, offering reliable and efficient thermal solutions for every type of PC user.
