AOC U27G4XM shines with MiniLED power as AGON launches new 420 Hz gaming monitor
AGON by AOC has revealed two new gaming monitors, and the star of this launch is the AOC U27G4XM. This 27-inch MiniLED display is built to give bright HDR visuals, deep contrast, and fast refresh rates without pushing the price too high. At the same time, AOC has also introduced the 25G4KUR, a 24.5-inch esports monitor made for players who want the highest speed, delivering an impressive 420 Hz refresh rate.
The AOC U27G4XM brings Mini-LED technology to more gamers. With 1152 dimming zones, DisplayHDR 1000, and 1200-nit peak brightness, the screen shows clearer highlights, richer colours, and darker shadows. This makes games look more lifelike. MiniLED also avoids burn-in problems, which makes the AOC U27G4XM better for long hours of gaming and everyday use.

A key feature of the AOC U27G4XM is Dual Frame Mode. This lets you switch between 4K at 160 Hz for story games and 1080p at 320 Hz for competitive action. It’s like having two monitors in one. With 151% sRGB and 98% DCI-P3, the AOC U27G4XM also gives accurate colours for editing videos, photos, or graphics.
The AOC U27G4XM also supports 4K at 120 Hz on both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. Thanks to HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4, and a sharp three-side frameless design, it works well for gamers on both console and PC.
Next is the AOC 25G4KUR, which focuses fully on esports. This monitor uses a Fast IPS panel with 400 Hz native, boosted up to 420 Hz. This level of speed helps players react faster and stay sharp in games like shooters and MOBAs. With 1 ms GtG, 0.3 ms MPRT, and support for NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible, it offers smooth motion with no tearing. The Full HD resolution also helps players reach higher frame rates more easily.

Both new models include AOC gaming tools such as Low Input Lag, an on-screen crosshair, and G-Menu software for easy control. The AOC U27G4XM goes further with PiP/PbP support, which is great for multitasking or streaming. USB hubs, fast charging ports, Flicker-Free screens, and low blue light modes make long sessions more comfortable.
The AOC U27G4XM is ideal for players who want strong HDR, smooth refresh rates, console support, and colour accuracy all in one screen. The AOC 25G4KUR is perfect for competitive players who simply want the fastest and most responsive gameplay.
